Hosted on the 8th floor of The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok, the evening celebrates craftsmanship, seasonality, and the harmony between Japanese culinary precision and Thailand’s rising single malt excellence.
Enhancing the evening, Bank Watcharapong, Brand Ambassador of PRAKAAN Single Malt, will narrate each pairing, guiding diners through the unique characteristics of every expression—from aroma and maturation to tasting notes and finish. His expertise brings deeper appreciation to the dialogue between whisky and cuisine, transforming the evening into an engaging sensory journey.
Carefully curated by Kisso’s culinary team, the menu showcases the richness of Saka Wagyu beef through refined Japanese techniques. The 6-course experience begins with A4 Australian Wagyu beef and sake-marinated egg yolk, paired with PRAKAAN Select Cask served neat, followed by smoked Hokkaido scallop with salmon roe, elevated by a refreshing Select Cask in highball style, then concludes with a decadent dessert of crunchy praline milk chocolate filled with smooth brandy cream, matched with PRAKAAN Double Cask for a warm and lingering finish.
